The Data Strategy & Information Delivery Group is part of the Wealth Management Analytics & Data Organization at Morgan Stanley. The team’s responsibility is to support Wealth Managements strategic objectives through the use and exploitation of its data and analytical assets. Key focus areas will be in developing out a core team which will support digital surveys across business units throughout all of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

Responsibilities Include:


  • Support the team in creating, implementing, and managing survey initiatives with primary focus on data collection and synthetization

  • Design surveys for distribution to clients, potential clients, employees and vendors

  • Build data visualizations for reporting to senior management and the survey requesting business units

  • Create data queries to generate survey distribution lists that capture statistically significant responses

  • Build data flows and models to pair survey results with internal data for studies and reporting

  • Development of survey recipient touchpoint tracking procedures to avoid oversaturation of surveys

  • Participate in governance and monitoring of execution of strategic survey initiatives and other client touchpoints for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management

  • Establish strong working relationships with team members across business units and Wealth Management functions to support alignment of Wealth Management Strategic Initiatives




Qualifications:


Required Skills:
  • Advanced written and spoken communications in English
  • 1-3 years of business analytics experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units, teams, and job functions
  • Highly motivated / self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity and desire to succeed
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to determine business partner needs and create purpose built solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member

Desired Skills:
  • Hands on experience utilizing digital survey platforms (i.e. Qualtrics, Medallia, Confirmit)
  • Data visualization experience (Tableau, QlikView etc)
  • Interest in Digital Marketing
