We Offer

  • You a challenging role within Swiss Universal Bank (SUB) Back Office Solution Delivery, located in either Zurich or Guemligen (Bern)
  • Case Management is providing workflow capabilities to front and back office departments services in the field of the bank's digitalization programs
  • In this role you work with the Team Lead Service Case and you will be responsible to handle application / technical product lifecycle in alignment with approved strategy, target architecture, TCO and risk
  • Further you will guide and oversee product relevant change projects according to the strategy and roadmap
  • The position will include CasePro (ServiceCase) and NPSplus
  • As IT Application Owner you are also responsible for the run the bank maintenance releases (planning, design, quality gates (reviews) and 3rd level support
  • You have the opportunity to join a dynamic and motivated team and make an impact on the development of the Case Management applications
  • You work closely with Business Application Owner, Request- and Deployment-Managers, Project-Managers, Domain and Solution Architects and Production Support Group
  • You are accountable reviewing output (requirements, design, documentation, code, test cases) and giving approval for all run the bank and change the bank releases / deployments according to project plan and agreements
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working


You Offer
  • A university degree or equivalent in the area of information technology or at least 3+ years of experience in software engineering and / or solution architects roles
  • You have already gathered experienced in IT application ownership and in application design and documentation
  • You are familiar with deployment, coordination and quality checks
  • Fluent in English language; German knowledge would be a big plus
  • It would be an asset if you have gathered experience in toolsets such as Tectia, Jira, Spuds and SQL Developer / Toad, SNOW and JAP knowledge
  • Your excellent social skills as well as your ability to develop effective relationships with technical support teams responsible for infrastructure, networking, database systems and production services enable you to contribute to the team`s success
  • Experience and capability to take over the technical leadership and to lead an international, multi-cultural and distributed ad-hoc deployment team
  • High degree of flexibility and "can do" attitude, including excellent self-motivation skills
