Market Development Manager, Virtual Adviser Network - Wealth Management

A fantastic opportunity to act as the subject matter expert across marketing, client experience, branding and communications for a premium segment of Macquarie's business clients.

Ours is a collaborative, high-performing and client-focused team whose clients are entrepreneurial business owners in the financial services industry. Part of our value proposition is to help these firms embrace possibility, identify their strategic objectives and achieve them faster. Your contribution to that proposition will be to work closely with their primary relationship manager (your teammate) to provide valuable market insights and methodologies to help them position their business for growth. As you do so you will collate, curate, create and package IP to leverage across the Virtual Adviser community and more widely across Macquarie.

This exciting opportunity will see you planning, creating and facilitating workshops and other engagements including brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, broad-ranging strategy days, and the co-ordination of stakeholders and experts both within Macquarie and externally to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

With a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing or Communications related field, you will have previously demonstrated an ability to build relationships and consult to external senior clients in the professional services industry (c-suite would be highly advantageous). You will also have experience with facilitating presentations and workshops and driving strategic marketing material to the external market. What will set you apart in this role will be your ability to synthesise information to create powerful, meaningful and relevant insights to assist clients' aspirational growth plans.
