Your Role
We are currently looking for Marketing & Communication Consultant with relevant years of experience for our offices in Belgium (Antwerp, Brussels & Leuven) where you will find around 80 Accenture Interactive colleagues.

Your role will require you to have a real passion for marketing and communication to accompany our clients in these challenging transformations. Are you ready to work in the middle of a mind-blowing and fascinating variety of people? Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

§ You are sent with experienced brand and communication strategist to work along with sophisticated brand designers, wild creatives, super sharp UX experts, digital media precursors and truly innovative developers 'in the zone'. All collaborating at your project table.
§ You are the main point of contact for the client and the ceremony master who brings together experts at the right time and create a firework. You manage briefings, meetings and budget.
§ As consultant, together with the right experts, you can create the right briefings: you can actively listen, analyze and summarize. You can also quickly create your own models and methodologies to facilitate workshops with clients.

Basic qualifications
§ Bachelor or Master degree in related field
§ Minimum 3 years of experience in Tier One consulting firm, agency or database marketing service provider with Fortune 500 clients
§ Minimum 3 years of digital business, eCommerce and digital marketing consulting experience

Preferred Skills
§ Workshop facilitation
§ Client interviews / focus groups
§ Strong verbal and written communication skills
§ Business-case development
§ Client relationship skills and strong business development acumen
§ Ability to thrive in an ambiguous/start-up environment as the business develops and scales
§ Understanding of broader CMO agenda and how digital fits within the overall marketing scope
§ Experience with defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying "digital"
§ Marketing and development best practices to support strategy recommendations
§ Experience with developing large scale strategy for global solutions for Fortune 500 clients, including requirements definition and implementation
§ Experience partnering with advertising/marketing agencies a plus
§ Experience in leading a project team to and handling communication and coordination with the client
§ Bi/Trilingual: English and Dutch and/or French
