DO Recruitment Advisors is currently recruiting for a Revenue Analyst (m/f).



  • Analyze frequently the defined KPI's, conduct the continuous performance evaluation in context with the market/competitor situation; identify opportunities and detect solutions for irregularities of given hotel and flight capacity according to the overall company strategy
  • Develop the demand forecast per customer segment for dedicated routes, as a base for maximizing package revenue
  • Initiate, validate and adapt actions to maximize overall revenues of given hotel-/flight capacity, taken into account an optimal usage of hotel guarantied capacity ; assure a market and product conform pricing within the dedicated routes and a correct distribution over all channels
  • Coordinate the revenue maximal usage of flight capacity for the Company together with the dedicated Flight Analyst
  • Assure an accurate seat/bed balance and initiate appropriate actions in case of irregularities
  • Initiate negotiations with partners for flight and hotel capacities via interfaced departments, provide parameters to the stakeholders
  • Assure communication flow and close collaboration with Stakeholders, e.g. Business Unit, Flight planning, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing
  • Be responsible for regular exchange-/analyze meetings with Business Unit, Flight Analyst and Sales
  • Support the Business Unit during the pre-seasonal planning- and pricing process, according to season observations incl. participation in projects


  • Be holder of a bachelor degree in economics or have an experience in a similar function for 1-2 years
  • Capability to set up persistent Revenue Management strategies taken into account various factors of influence
  • Have knowledge about dynamic packaging profitably
  • Show strong synthesis, analytical thinking and be confident in working with reports and simulations
  • Think and act entrepreneurial, be able to take calculated risk
  • Self-starting, independent and purposeful kind of working
  • Solid understanding of market demand and competition behaviors
  • Have an advanced command of standard office applications
  • Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French and/or German (spoken and written)
  • Be accurate, detail oriented and reliable
  • Be proactive, a creative force and be able to take responsibility
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Be able to follow and apply procedures and methodologies used in the department
  • Show user skills in the tools used in the department
  • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
