Description

What would you do:
  • Ensure development and execution of Digital CRM strategy
  • Planning, managing and delivering digital multi-channel campaigns using available information in Data Warehouse based on SAS and SQL tools
  • Implementation of new solutions in the area of CRM
  • Daily cooperation with other departments of Consumer Bank in order to accomplish business goals
  • User support in the area of existing CRM functionalities
  • Daily monitoring of the effectiveness of existing campaigns and processes


Qualifications

Who can become a CRM Senior Expert:
  • Higher education degree in science (Economics/Maths/Statistics/IT etc.)
  • Solid SQL and SAS/4GL skills, experience with relational databases (necessary condition) 
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze many problems from various perspectives
  • Min. 2 years of experience in CRM systems and processes
  • Several years of experience in banking or telecommunication sector
  • Being data driven problem solver
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Very good work organization.
  • Very good communication skills
