Associate - Portfolio Management (Real Estate Equity & Debt)

Opportunity for a Real Estate Portfolio Management Associate to join this growing Investment Management company, attached to one of the leading Private Equity firms.

Initially established to service the Private Equity company's portfolio of Real Estate assets and loans, the company has evolved to provide much greater transaction, structuring, analytical and strategic input. They have offices in numerous European cities and manage in excess of £10bn in Assets.

The company have a very flat and fluid internal structure so this role will be working with both physical Real Estate Assets and also the company's portfolio of debt and NPLs. They are very hands on in terms of strategy around the existing portfolio, working closely with the Private Equity business to maximise the potential returns from the assets. They are also heavily involved with new deals, providing transaction and structuring support for both direct asset and NPL acquisitions.

The London office accounts for around a quarter of the Global headcount, so the team is quite close-knit with a lot of cross working providing a good working environment and strong, positive culture.

Requirements:

• Strong experience of Real Estate Asset Management
• Preferably from a Debt/NPL background
• Strong analytical and structuring experience
• Excellent modelling skills
• Excellent communicator and team worker
• Preference for a second European language
• Preferably educated to degree level with a 2.1
