As a result of a continued period of high growth, this highly regarded and ambitious Financial Services boutique Management Consultancy, is seeking a senior and experienced Sales Director to help drive growth. Your focus would be purely on new business development, and your background needs to be Financial Services, preferably from Management Consultancy, where you will have significant and deep banking relationships and contacts.
This type of role does not become available very often and is a great opportunity for someone to play a major role on an exciting and challenging journey, which is based on an ambitious, but achievable, growth Strategy. The Director position offers you the chance to significantly influence that growth, help shape the firm and be personally rewarded for that contribution. Bonuses are uncapped and also include long term incentives in the form of Equity at the end of each year, subject to individual targets being met. The firm currently has a strong pipeline of business with a number of prestigious banks and the successful candidate will join an established leadership team. The firm specialises in Change Management for banks and has an exceptional record of delivering complex large-scale transformational programs. The firm operates at pace, so you will be expected to ‘hit the ground running’ and be ready to deliver from day one. You will have : • Operated at a senior level within a Management Consultancy firm, in the financial services sector • A personal track record over several years of ‘seven-figure’ sales • Built strong relationships with a network of senior banking client contacts and have extensive experience of managing multiple stakeholders The role brings a hybrid of top-tier professional services work, with the energy and passion of a young, high-growth company. You will report directly to the Managing Director and will, together with the other members of the Leadership Team, focus on the growth of the business and the widening of the firm’s ‘footprint’ in the financial services sector.
