As our new Agile Delivery Manager, you'll live breathe and embody Agile. You'll remove blockers and the create right environment for your multidisciplinary teams to succeed, helping them to self-sufficiency and creating a culture of learning and transparency.
You'll be an exemplary servant leader; steering from the front. And you'll continue our journey to really embed Agile, including the latest tools and techniques, into the fabric of DWP.

You'll join our Hybrid Cloud Services team, bringing your expertise in agile portfolio delivery and your ability to deliver at scale.
Our Hybrid Cloud Services journey began in June 2019. We started an ambitious, important and complex technology project which will move all of the DWP's systems to hybrid hosting. This project removes the constraints of previous large outsourced IT contracts, and sits at the heart of our plan to deliver modern flexible digital systems and services for our users.
You will have the ability to adapt and reflect, also able to recognise when something does not work and encourage a mind-set of experimentation. There is real opportunity here to exploit new and emerging tech as we move forward. We're looking for someone who can deliver now and keep an eye on the future.
You'll use your skills a persuasive and engaging communicator, and your experience of delivering and solving problems on behalf cross-governmental digital areas, to get the job done with our multi-disciplinary HCS team and with a range of other stakeholders.
You'll also join a thriving community of practice, where you'll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of talented, expert Delivery Managers, all driven to deliver the best outcomes for our millions of users.
