We'll be looking to you to support monitoring and incident handling of the online platform including troubleshooting of applications, hardware, networks, and data processing. You will assist with root cause analysis and driving process improvements and have the ability to review code and participate in architecture review sessions. You will ensure the use of best practices in ITSM-ITIL framework are adhered to by technical vendor teams and identify process gaps, manage conflicts within global operation teams and work towards improving them. You'll be proficient in Software Monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics etc. and well versed with software lifecycles, environment maintenance from application and infrastructure perspective.
For such a detail-driven role, you'll have 7+ years of technical and business experience in a production support role. You will have a bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus. You will have experience in software monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, ServiceNow and experience in front end technologies like Java, Angular or .Net technologies.
